ABOUT CHECKERED DREAMS: OUR "DREAM" is to give sick or handicapped kids, ages 6 -18 a fun filled night at a local racetrack. The families get free admission into the track, the child gets an on track interview, (if they don't want to be interviewed that's fine), a victory lap with the checkered flag, a trophy, a CHECKERED DREAMS hat and T shirt, and a real race helmet to get autographed! (When available) We also supply the families with a buffet to feast on throughout the night. If you know a child that qualifies and would like to receive an event from us please feel free to contact us! OUR SUPPORTERS. attention drivers: Checkered dreams can use those Helmets, Trophies, and Fire Suits that you are no longer using. Helmets: It doesn't matter the condition, we get them repainted for the kids to get autographed. trophies: We get re-plated with the kids names and dates of their event. fire suits: Are provided for the kids to wear while at the track. AS we are a 501 (C) 3 charity they are tax deductible donations.

We are always looking for donations of used helmets, in any condition. We have them repainted and the kids take them around the pits to get autographed. The kids love the helmets, it really seems to be a highlight of the night for them."



"Although at 3 1/2, Jason was a little younger than we usually host an event for, we made an acceptation in his case. As you can see his favorite part of the day was his helmet. His mom reports that after weeks of living in it, she finally persuaded him to take it off while sleeping!"
